Main Street Preservation Trust announces 2022 Grantees

The 2022 cycle for our Façade and Interior Grants has been exciting. The matching funds awarded this year will help fund improvements made to individual commercial properties that enhance our entire Main Street business district. The impact this year builds upon twelve (12) years of the Trust’s investment in preserving historic structures while enhancing the economic vitality of the vibrant district at the heart of our community.

All grantees have provided designs and improvements in compliance with the Gloucester Village Main Street Design Guidelines, which uplift the National Park Service’s Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties and more.
