Main Street Preservation Trust Welcomes New Marketing Manager, Blair Pausic

Gloucester, VA - The Main Street Preservation Trust is thrilled to announce the newest addition to its team, Blair Pausic, who will be joining as the Marketing Manager. Blair brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for community engagement to her new role. A native of Middlesex, VA, Blair attended Ware Academy and Christchurch before pursuing her education at Salisbury University in Maryland, where she excelled as a member of the volleyball team.

With her experience with nonprofit work and her commitment to community development, Blair is poised to make significant contributions to the Main Street Preservation Trust’s mission of revitalizing and enhancing our downtown area. “We are delighted to welcome Blair to our team,” said Ashley Gilmartin Weast, Executive Director of the Main Street Preservation Trust. “Her experience and enthusiasm for community engagement make her a perfect fit for our organization, and we look forward to the fresh perspectives and ideas she will bring.”

In her role as Marketing Manager, Blair will be responsible for overseeing the organization and marketing strategies, communications, and community outreach efforts. “I am thrilled to join the Main Street Preservation Trust and have the opportunity to contribute to the revitalization of our downtown area,” said Blair Pausic. “I am passionate about community development, and I look forward to working with the team to create a vibrant and welcoming downtown for residents and visitors alike.”
